40 Leadenhall Video

During July, Lloret were at 40 Leadenhall shooting a video with Distech Controls, discussing all things BMS and how it operates throughout the 900,000 sqft building.  

We are proud to have worked alongside Distech, JLL and Mace to produce this video, showcasing the technology we designed, installed and commissioned at 40 Leadenhall. A big thank you to Andrew, Fahim and Dave for featuring in the video and helping to make it all come together. 

Lloret has delivered the Building Management System (BMS) and Energy Management System (EMS) for the Shell & Core and further won 70% of Fit-Outs within the 900,000 sqft building, spanning across a 4-year period. Congratulations to our team on completing and delivering such a successful project. 

Today, the building’s BMS is maintained by Lloret’s Maintenance Team, with a full-time engineer to support the FM Team in optimising the building performance.
