Building Management System
So much of our time is spent indoors, Building Management Systems and good air quality have never been more important.
Building Management System
Also referred to as BMS or BEMS
Lloret is trusted by London’s major contractors to deliver complex building control solutions.
We’ve never forgotten our roots, control systems for the built environment. A building is only as good as the engineering behind it. We understand heating, ventilating, air conditioning and lighting control. It’s what we do day in day out.
Building Management Systems manage the operation of building systems such as heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, lighting, and power systems.
We engineer energy-efficient, sustainable hardware and software solutions that enhance the internal environment. This can be on-premise or cloud-hosted; either way, we deliver resilient solutions to meet the requirements of buildings. The fundamental principles remain the same, whether this is commercial office space, health care, education, data centres or education.
We will always promote an open protocol solution, guaranteeing a future proof and easily supportable solution. We choose the best product to benefit the project.

Lloret has played a key role in the development of the 34-storey 40 Leadenhall project, contributing over several years to the restoration and integration of the Grade II-listed building at 19–21 Billiter Street, originally constructed in 1865.
Lloret has delivered the Building Management System (BMS) and Energy Management System (EMS) for the Shell & Core and numerous Fit-Out projects within the building, spanning across a 4-year periperiod. Today, 40 Leadenhall’s BMS is maintained by Lloret’s Maintenance Team, with a full-time engineer to support the FM Team in optimising the building performance.
