Purley Food Hub 2025 Roundup

We partnered with Purley Food Hub back in December 2023, being a local food bank to our head office in Coulsdon. Employees at Lloret, throughout the years, have been supporting the food hub in various ways. 

Purley Food Hub provides important food packages to families in crisis – covering Croydon, Purley and Coulsdon. The beginning of December 2025, the total number of meals provided by the food hub neared 35,000 as their demand for their service continues to grow. 

To support the incredible work the charity does for our local community, Lloret has volunteered and donated to Purley Food Hub from the end of 2023 to today as we look to carry on supporting the food bank into 2026. Our permanent food basket based in our head office has collected several food donations, as we are kept up to date via their monthly newsletter of the products the food bank needs that month. 

Lloret Controls and Lloret Fire have helped deliver food packages to families’ doors around Coulsdon as well as utilising our resources. We have been able to pick up multiple food donations from local schools and businesses, putting our company vans to good use – picking up Christmas and Harvest collections. 

We are proud to support Purley Food Hub and we look forward to building our relationship to help our local community in any way we can.
