Lloret were engaged to carry out the Master Systems Integrator role for 200,000 sqft Shell & Core development at 33 Charterhouse Street – also referred to as JJ Mack. Our scope of works included the design, install and integration of several building systems.

33 Charterhouse Street is a large speculative commercial and retail unit development, fitted out to a CAT A Standard. The design and implementation of a common landlords’ building network offered flexibility for future expansion and the seamless adoption of smart building technology for tenant floors to adopt.
The project saw a key focus on sustainability and smart enablement, securing and EPC ‘A’ rating and BREEAM ‘Outstanding’. Once the occupation criteria are met, all systems are to meet the targeted 5-star NABER’s ratings requirements.
We have continued to support the building post-completion, ensuring all systems operate at optimal efficiency and that required standards are consistently met, following our successful appointment to the building’s maintenance contract.
