Pilot Apprenticeship Exchange – Installation Phase

Lloret Controls is proud to have been collaborating alongside Multiplex, ESG, Argus Fire and Lloret Fire over the past year at TVC Phase 2.  

We have brought all of our apprentices together for a three-phase Apprenticeship Exchange, the first multi-disciplined MEP exchange programme, the focus of the program is to create a foundational understanding of the interfaces with each trade package. The first two phases have now been completed, with the commissioning phase taking place later this year.  

April 2025 Multiplex and all the MEP trades involved hosted our own pre-construction phases at our head offices, to understand the design processes for the chilled water systems.  

The installation phases were carried out over two separate weeks to fit in line with installation stages on site. Thank you to all of our employees, site and office based, who have given their time up to explain and teach the apprentices each of our trades.  

It has been an exciting project for all involved helping to integrate the knowledge of all the trades for the apprentices, hopefully bringing the exchange to more sites in the future. We look forward to hosting our ELVS commissioning phase of the programme soon!
