Since being founded in 2008 as Lloret Fire & Security, the newly rebranded Lloret Fire Solutions have established themselves as one of the leading Independently owned Fire alarm & associated systems specialist in the south east.
We utilise the latest IoT technology and cloud-based services for our clients. Enhancing the internal environment and protecting the external environment.

Lloret Controls is proud to have been collaborating alongside Multiplex, ESG, Argus Fire and Lloret Fire over the past year at TVC Phase 2.
Oli joins the BCIA Management Committee for the start of a 3-year term.
We partnered with Purley Food Hub back in December 2023, being a local food bank to our head office in Coulsdon. Employees at Lloret, throughout the years, have been supporting the food hub in various ways.
During July, Lloret were at 40 Leadenhall shooting a video with Distech Controls, discussing all things BMS and how it operates throughout the 900,000 sqft building.
To ensure a smooth transition of the CNS, our Network Architect Jonathan, delivered a technical training session, providing the client with the knowledge and resources needed for effective management and future scalability of the network after project completion.
We worked alongside Construction Youth Trust to host two students for work experience.
This September, we were excited to welcome Joyce and Zinat to the Lloret team! Both are studying at South Bank University, working towards their Level 6 Building Services Design Engineer qualification.
Lloret’s TVC Phase 2 team partnered with Multiplex to support St Mungo’s, one of Stanhope’s Foundation partners. St Mungo’s are dedicated to helping people experiencing homelessness, working nationwide with over 100 sleeping units and outreach teams working to make an impact.
Throughout July, we have hosted 5 students for work experience. At Lloret we have a structured work experience programme, where our employees show what we do day in day out, from going on site to spending time in our head office and workshop.
Lloret in March won the ‘Outstanding Achievement 2024 Partner Growth’ award from Allied Telesis. Our Engineering Director, Oliver, collected the award at their annual global conference that took place in Malaga. 2024 saw us successfully collaborating together to deliver the Converged Network Systems (CNS) on Victoria House, Stonecutter Court and Carlton House Terrace.
